Bought a product that didn’t meet my needs. Easy return and found a replacement. I have always had very good customer service. I don’t expect them to compete with large box store inventory. Happy to have a local store to go to first.

Purchased a new gas grill recently. Asked if we could have it delivered. "Yes", and it was done free-of-charge. The person who delivered the grill was the new store manager. After congratulating him, I told him how much I like the store and the folks who work there. I've never had any experience that fell short of a 5-stars at Lancaster Aubuchon Hardware. This time was no different, and - based on my experience - I don't expect it ever will be.

My order was ready almost immediately. The bags of chicken feed were placed in my vehicle right away. This service made things so much easier after working the night shift. Many thanks to their awesome staff and for this wonderful service!

I had great service from Norm. He educated me on several flower basket options so I could get the right gift for my Gram. Great employee, great service! Jen was also helpful inside in getting us checked out.

I wanted a snow blower and the Lancaster Store did not have the one I wanted. Everyone was out of course because of all the snow we have had. There was one available in the Swanton, VT Aubuchon Hardware Store. I spoke with Heather about whether or not they could get it brought to the Lancaster store. Heather called Swanton but she couldn't get it delivered by putting it on a delivery truck because the two stores don't share the same delivery trucks. She told them that someone from Lancaster would be over to pick it up that day! I don't think that I have ever had such great customer service!! I am very grateful.
